I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, especially considering some negative reviews. Our room was super clean and well-maintained, made our stay much more comfortable. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently close to the tube station and in a great neighborhood. The proximity to local attractions and amenities made exploring the city easy. I must mention the one staff member who stood out - a friendly Sikh gentleman were great to ensure our satisfaction. His genuine concern and warm demeanor made us feel welcomed. despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and really good service.

The hotel's best aspects were its location, being very close to a big underground station, and the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast provided was also a great addition, filling and welcome.
