I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, especially considering some negative reviews. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay much more comfortable. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently close to the tube station and in a great neighborhood. The proximity to local attractions and amenities made exploring the city a breeze. Additionally, I must mention the one staff member who stood out - a friendly Sikh gentleman who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. His genuine concern and warm demeanor made us feel truly welcomed. despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and exceptional service.
