I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, especially considering some negative reviews. Our room was super clean and well-maintained, made our stay much more comfortable. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently close to the tube station and in a great neighborhood. The proximity to local attractions and amenities made exploring the city easy. I must mention the one staff member who stood out - a friendly Sikh gentleman were great to ensure our satisfaction. His genuine concern and warm demeanor made us feel welcomed. despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and really good service.

The hotel's best aspects were its location, being very close to a big underground station, and the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast provided was also a great addition, filling and welcome.

The breakfast was disappointing, with limited options like toast, yogurt, and packaged cheese/ham. I was expecting more variety and better quality.

The hotel is located in a fantastic area, with easy access to tubes and other public transportation options. The prices are very reasonable for such a convenient location. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms, although small, are clean and well-equipped with the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, which is included in the daily rate, is served very nicely by the waitress.
The hotel could benefit from improving consistency in room service.

Great location near Tube station, easy access from Heathrow. Walking distance to attractions like Natural History Museum and Stamford Bridge. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfy pillows and shower. Towels changed daily. Spacious family room. Clean with attentive staff. Good price.
